"From whatever source one should restrain the mind,
Suffering does not come to him from that source;
He should restrain the mind from every source,
He is freed from suffering in every respect."
"One should not restrain the mind from every source,
Not the mind that has come to a state of self-control;
But from whatever source there is evil,
From that source one should restrain the mind."
