"Abbudas and nirabbudas" - because it is said "a hundred of a hundred thousand pakoṭis is an abbuda, a hundred of a hundred thousand abbudas is a nirabbuda," by life span, abbudas and nirabbudas, those who had attained great life spans, lords of men, wheel-turning monarchs, warriors, being eight each, in twenty-five thousand cosmic cycles, they were, they existed - this is the meaning.
The eighth, ninth and tenth life histories are obvious.
The commentary on the thirty-third chapter is complete.
