"The manifestation of six things, monks, is rare in the world.
Which six?
The manifestation of a Truth-finder, a Worthy One, a Perfectly Enlightened One is rare in the world; a person who expounds the Teaching and discipline proclaimed by the Truth-finder is rare in the world; rebirth in a noble plane is rare in the world; non-deficiency of the faculties is rare in the world; non-stupidity and non-dumbness is rare in the world; desire for wholesome mental states is rare in the world.
The manifestation of these six things, monks, is rare in the world."
