'One who has attained the highest knowledge', monks, this is a designation for the Truth-finder, the Worthy One, the Perfectly Enlightened One.
'Physician', monks, this is a designation for the Truth-finder, the Worthy One, the Perfectly Enlightened One.
'Free from impurity', monks, this is a designation for the Truth-finder, the Worthy One, the Perfectly Enlightened One.
'Spotless', monks, this is a designation for the Truth-finder, the Worthy One, the Perfectly Enlightened One.
'One with knowledge', monks, this is a designation for the Truth-finder, the Worthy One, the Perfectly Enlightened One.

What is to be attained by one who has attained the highest knowledge, the unsurpassed by a physician.
What is to be attained by one with knowledge, the unsurpassed by one liberated.
