"Monks, a monk endowed with six qualities dwells in this very life with abundant happiness and joy, and has laid the groundwork for the elimination of the mental corruptions.
With which six?
Here, monks, a monk delights in the Teaching, delights in meditation, delights in abandoning, delights in solitude, delights in non-affliction, and delights in the absence of obsession.
